Pod-Bot isan't working

When i use Meta list says:
] meta List
Currently loaded plugins:
description stat pend file vers src load unlod
0 plugins, 0 run

Here are some SS from mine CS folders(it's CS 1.6 official<donwloaded by steam>)
p.s: Mine metamod .dll is version 1.19

Change the name of the file in metamod directory from plugin.ini to plugins.ini
It should work then.
