CS 1.6 gamma

Could someone tell me what the default gamma setting for CS 1.6 is (numeric). Can't find it anywhere.

I'm not really sure. When I saw the title of this thread, I thought this. That you had a problem with brightness/gamma not showing effect in the game. I and two other people have video settings problems with older Valve games (Half-Life, Counter-Strike, Condition Zero, Day of Defeat, etc.).
