bots are too good...
 

i run a dedicated server on win2k and i have 8bots at all times, even when i turn them all the way down to skill 10 they are incredibly lucky, every other shot is a headshot. Can somebody help me turn their skill level down even more?

You could tweak the settings with the personality manager. It's on the Realbot page in downloads.

thank you, that personality manager really kicks, if anyone can recommend the best range of values for the offest fields too, that would be nice.

hmmm I only play whit skill 0 and everything in the bots personalety on the best... I like it when it is hard. ;)
use to play me my 2 friend agains 3-4 of the best bots you can get. it is fun

If you cannot get the skills down enough, then try out the mEAn bot manager. With it you can adjust the bots from very hard all the way down to so dumb they won't even shoot at you. You can adjust their field of view from having eyes behind their heads down to having no eyes at all. You can also reduce how much damage you'll take from getting hit by the bots, from 100% down to zero damage, which will make you a God.

Makes for great training, and you can train on head shots only if you want by turning that on too

they might be stupid, but they can aim fo sho :)
