got metamod but i get this message when makin a new game!?!

ok when i make anew game it doesnt load instead i get this message

"The instruction at "0x01402f37" referenced memory at "0x0126448c". The memory could not be "read"

also i check in my cstrike folder in dlls folder there is no dlls file dat md.dll or sometin. wat 2 do?!?
