Auto-Kill bots

Well, this seems simple enough, and I had to use other plugins for this.

Can we have an autokill option for when all human players are killed? It could be added as a cvar in podbot.cfg <pb autokill 0|1>.

Saves me time, and if I'm not in the server, human players don't need to wait for all the bots to die seeing as that could take ages especially on big maps. :)

Someone already asked me at priva about it, but the main question is - what do the bots do if You need to kill them? Why they can't finish the "job" on the map (I mean - plant/defus bomb, rescue hostages, killl enemies). What is faulty? What is exactly the reason the people need to kill bots?

Well, I know for a fact that people that come on the server with bots have no patience to wait for bots running around, sometimes running away from fights or wait till the actual round ends. It happens a lot sometimes when it's like 1 v 1 left. Real players on the other hand, that's different, people can wait. Like, it's an option. It isn't something I asked to be automatically be on everytime.

People use bots as training for real fights in the end. They do not have bots so they can just watch them fight, don't you agree?

Done since the version V3 beta 10. Should be available in filebase during few hours.
