POD BOTS dont work
 

I have the condition zero version of counterstrike, my directory is c:/valve/Condition Zero/cstrike

I used the latest all in one installer from the recomended site and installed it here. When i go onto counterstrike, i do New Game... random server, and i press = but absuloutly nothing happens? am i supposed to bind anything, or am i being really stupid? i have tried a few different bots and followed ALL instructions, but nothing happens. Any ideas anybody...

hmm, i do not have condition zero
but a possibility may be to go on like in the normal counterstrike.
first you have to install metamod before you install any other bot, you know how to install the meta mod?
first download the metamod.dll
http://metamod.org/
then crate a directory named "addons" in the "cstrike" directory
in this directory you create another with the name "metamod".
and in the "metamod" directory you create another called "dlls"
in the "dlls" directory you put the downloaded metamod.dll file.
in the "metamod" directory you create a "plugins.ini"
then you install the podbot in the addons directory too
and in the plugins.ini file you write

win32 addons/podbot/podbot/podbot_mm.dll

then you open the liblist.gam in the cstrike directory and change the gamedll line to this one:

gamedll "addons/metamod/dlls/metamod.dll"

you can give it a try, it may work, or it may not work i cant say we have to see

it must work...hopefully(and if i have not done any mistake:P )

That's not normal structure of CZERO main directory. It seems like non-steam version. The normal is ...\SteamApps\Condition Zero\czero
If all-in-one is extracted into CZERO , it works.

i tried what both of you said. i used the counter-strike condition zero 3 cd set to install cs btw if that helps?. iv done what you said, and i installed the all in one installer into the cz folder as well as cs folder, and nothing happening. are you sure there isnt a simple bind im missing like bind "=" "botmenu" or something along those lines, i cant understand why it wont work :S

You use the offline version of CZ.... The CD install version, I believe it was stated that non-steam isn't supported? So play CS-CZ though steam once, then add pod-bots (in steam... what KWo said above) and you'll be fine?

Go to the filebase and get the beta of All-In-One and let me know if it works. You need to extract everything into ...\czero folder. Backup for the safety Your liblist.gam file - probably You may need to reedit that one which comes with All-In-One a bit (there is in All-In-One's liblist.gam CS1.6 mod written, but You need to have there Czero instead)

i got the same non-steam version like s4m7h3m4n .

I installed podbotmm all in one but when i start game it crash.

this happen when "parsing game info" appear , i checked the error log , it was cause by "cstrike_amxx.dll"

Could anyone help me to fix it?

Please don't ask anymore about any support for non-steam CS/CZ version. It's illegal and we are not supporting illegal stuff.
