Support for ETPub?

I want to put fritzbot onto my ETPub server. I was wondering does it support ETPub and if so do I need my server provider (clanservers) to put it in? I could put in Omnibot by myself, but with fritzbot do you need to put in a code to the command line? thanks for any help.
