Speech not working
 

Ive understanded that podbot has this Speech feature that the bots SPEAK the phrases in botchat.txt. only is that they doesnt speak? they only say the things to the chat but not out loud. ive searched thru google and this forum and havent found anything related to my problem. so have i understood rite and podbot has a feature that "speaks" some things out loud? and why it doesnt work for me?

i have "usespeech on" in podbot.cfg and i typed pb usespeech 1 to console too and still doesnt work.. i tried EPODbots too and didnt work with it either..

sry my bad english i wish u understood my point ;P

oh yeah and the server is LISTEN and my friend hears the sounds :)

Bots don't use speach synthesis to talk to each other.
The setting
usespeech on

gives something else - it gives some welcome message to the host on listenserver (as speak synthesis) to say this server is using podbot on it and it also is used with some synthesis speak while waypointing ("observation check on / off"; "waypoint check passed ok" or something like that)

What sounds do they hear? 0_o

i see :) thanks ;P well he didnt say that they spoke out loud he just said "omg these bots talks to me!" lol :D so i thought he meant somthng else.. well case closed and thx again!
