HPB don't seem to use guns in cs
 

Is there a way to fix that? I got realbot against them on the opposing team & they're owning hpb. Any ideas?

If I remember right, HBP_Bot does not buy weapons when run under CS. I think this was because the bot was not made fully functional under CS and was provided only as a template example.

I got them using the m3 & glock18 or whatever right now. Also the ump45??? Those guns??

The bots don't buy guns in Counter-Strike and this is NORMAL.

The HPB_bot was not meant to be a real Counter-Strike bot. Rather a deathmatch/DMC/TFC/OpFor bot.

b.t.w. yes they do knive, in fact the first kill by a HPB_Bot 4.0 on linux was kniving another HPB_Bot :-)

actually botman said this himself they like to use there crowbar when they get close so they shud knife.
