IvP Bot Problem

I downloaded the IvP Bot and got it working but, when I load the bots into the server they will not join a team. I was wondering why and how to fix this thanks.

Also if anyone knows how to put them onto private servers and disable them when we scrim or have a match that would be helpful. Thanks
