having problems
 

I followed the instructions on installing from this website: http://podbotmm.bots-united.com/pbmmreadme.html

when i create a game the bots arent loaded. i also typed in meta list and i get this:

description stat pend file vers src load unlod
[ 1] <podbot_mm.dll> badf load podbot_mm.dll v - ini - -
1 plugins, 0 runnin

what am i doing wrong??

It's dedicated server (You are not playing from that PC) or it's a listenserver (You are creating a game as a host, You play on that PC and the people can connect to Your PC)? Windows/linux?
What is Your metamod version? What is Your podbot mm version (number - don't tell "latest"). Mod version (CS1.5, CZERO, CS1.6 Steam, CZERO)?

Show Your plugins.ini file placed in metamod directory.

actually im not sure if its dedicated or listenserver. how do i find out and change it?
Windows XP pro SP2
metamod ver. 1.19p28
podbot ver. 2.6 release 3
CS1.6 Steam

well the name of the file is plugins.ini, and the lines in it are: win32 addons/podbot/podbot_mm.dll

Read again my post above - dedicated server is when You are creating the server on some PC, but You don't play on this PC. Listenserver is when You create a game on the PC, then You are playing on it and other people can join Your PC to play with You.
Just write me what are You doing to play the game - I'll tell You what the kind of the server You have. :)

Well - where did You download it from (show the link)?
You need to use R2B46d version.
Did You try to follow this topic to correctly install podbot mm?

Ok its a listenserver, i click on the New Game to play.

Can You make some screenshots as jpg files to show me with Your Windows Explorer how does Your "addons" and "podbot" folders look?
