problem with yapb on my windows server
 
yes.. i can play 5-30 minutes, and sometimes the server crash. i havent idea :(

its all correctly installed:
amxx 1.60 (1.70 is shit)
metamod 1.18
statsme
yapb (newest version)

if you are using MM 1.19 then it's normal, as my version is compiled with Metamod 1.17. Try loading it with the Metamod's "localinfo" parameter.

Well - the similar problem podbot mm users encountered, too (compiled with mm 1.17.4). There might be a deal with newest metamod and some changes in api. I have to ask Bailopan about it.

BTW - why do You think AMX X 1.70 is a shit? It has few issues, too (that's why Bailopan promised soon the version 1.71), but AMXX 1.60 was more bugged IMHO. Look - before You say some work of some person is a shit - try to make something similar, working great and perfectly on such number of servers. The info about servers and fun mods is here.

I'm back and testing YaPB again and having some difficulty trying to run it because of this:

the Metamod version that I'm using is 1.19p28 and I noticed in the console it spat out that meta-interface version is 5:13 and YaPB is 5:10 0_o Now I know that if I compile the latest metamod with the YaPB it should work. Well, I've follow the how to compile windows binaries guide and can successfully compile a podbot.dll yet does not contain the 5:13 meta-interface 0_o What do I need to do to make it compile under the new meta-interface? Great bot by the way. I always use this bot to play LAN games and have fun with War3x mod. Any help or input would be appreciated. Until next time....Cheers!

Allmost forgot....the setup I'm using is AMXX 1.70(dude who posted above is way wrong....it rocks and is very stable) Metamod 1.19p28 with War3x 1.0.1 amxx mod plugin, with the latest CS 1.6 in Listen server mode.

you can try setting the include path to the path to latest HLSDK (including the common, pm_shared, engine and dll subdirectory), plus the metamod-1.19p28/metamod directory. In other words, don't use the HLSDK and Metamod headers shipped with YaPB.

Ok I recompiled and updated the hlsdk and metamod sources in YaPB to the latest ones. ;)
Now it will not crash.

Ok, I tried Storm's compiled DLL and it seems to work yet I see a bug in the bot code where a bot will hold a grenade and will repeat trying to throw it yet he holds it and the motion of throwing the grenade repeats itself. A few questions I have....

1. The HLSDK I'm using is 2.3...is there a link to a newer or up to date version? Or is that the version that Storm used to compile his DLL?

2. What metamod source version did Storm compile with? (1.19p28?)

3. @Whistler, Ummm, I don't quite follow what your getting at, but I will download Storm's file and put that in my compile directory and see what happens when I compile it. :)

The SDK version that I used to compile YaPB is 2.3p3(the unofficial newer version) and the Metamod sources are the 1.19p28 ones.
I tried to compile a Linux binary but there is no makefile for Linux.
