ok i installed podbot and ya it loads and ya bots join but they all go to spectator..... and dont actually play

Use the latest version. Currently it's R2B46d. Get if from here. Next time - before posting - use "Search" function. The problem You mentioned was described few times in whole podbot mm forum.
