Realbot AI not loading

fionally reinstalled CS, not steam, but 1.5. I installed adminmod and the metamod pugin is all confugured. What m i doin wrong?

Clarification!
it says that the plugin was found (realbot_mm.dll) but it will not start Realbot AI

In console type meta list then copy and paste what it says in here.
