.:: Bots United ::. - mp_norway update here

Hey guys, here's an update for mp_norway. This fixes the problem with the bots getting stuck on the flag poles and acting well...stuck, lol. The reason they were doing this is because i had incorrect entity numbers for the flag actions. This should fix it, let me know if you still notice anthing wrong.

Sorry for the long wait, but it's Christmas and i like giving people things on Christmas. If all goes well i may have another Christmas gift for you all later on tonight so stay tuned after these commercial announcements. :)
