Problem with CS after installing the "full package"

i downloaded the installer which included amx mod, statsme, and pod bot.. and i extracted all the files to the cstrike folder. when i create a game, my counterstrike automatically exits. anybody know whats the problem?

Is this linux or windows server? What version of that installer are You using?
