Add Bots On Real Server

i know how to add bots on a ded server, but now i want to put it on my real server. I know how to do it all until the time when you put the line in the launch properties of the server. How do u do that with a real server(aka hosted one)

i did all the same except the launch options part, i cant access that part on the server
