Hi very fustrated right now.

Okay taking a deep breath...

Ive dled the all in one installer thing put everything in its play cstrike folder yada yada yada... go into newgame nothing happens no bots i tried realbot and ivp bot too any help? yes iv put the liblist on readonly and ive updated corectlly i hope.

Linux/windows? Listenserver or dedicated server? Go to Your console and write:
meta list
and show the contents of Your screen after that.
BTW - If you did everything correctly, You shouldn't to have any problems then, so don't think You did really everything OK. :)
To make sure Your all-in-one installer installed everything correctly for You, read this topic to see what was happened in Your metamod directory and in Your plugins.ini file.

hey yea its just a regular server which i just want to play against bots with.
so i juss start cs click newgame de_dust which i wunna vs agaisnt bots with and thats it i dont want a dedicated server or anything.

Please keep in mind that the All-In-One installer is not compatible with GNU/Linux. Also, read the documentation BEFORE posting a thread.
If you don't find a solution there, please specify for us:
1- Your OS
2- What you see when you type "meta list" w/out the quotes on the game's console. It might seem useless, but 90% of the time we can identificate your problem through there.

ugh can someone give me their aim screen name maybe teach me online im extremly noob i typed in meta list in console nothing came up i tried other bots nothing came up i give up =*(

Go to Your cstrike folder and find the file called liblist.gam . Show us the contents of it.
Can You start answer to questions - what is Your OS (operating system - linux, Windows XP , Windows 2000 or what)?
Go to Your cstrike\addons directory and make for us the screenshot of it (as jpg file - not bmp). Then go to Your addons\metamod directory and make another screenshot (to show us the structure of Your metamod folders - also as jpg). Make sure Your metamod is installed correctly (read this topic about 10 times to inderstand how mm should be installed manually)> I think - if You see nothing after typing "meta list" - Your metamod isn't installed correctly or Your game dll (mp.dll) is called directly from game shortcut (instead calling metamod.dll).
