I've just tried to help somebody, now I could see, that some people I know (Fiber_Optic, Reddragoon...) are online - it would be really nice, if I could say "Hello" to this people, when I see, that they are logged in and actually reviewing some threads, and we could ONLINE discuss the probs...:D

Nice idea, don't you think so? Is it a dream? Or could somebody make it real? =)

P.S. What does "Agora" actually mean?

Another day, try the chat, but I have to go to bed now... it's 3 am here... omg... I had to study for my exams... instead I played cs and watched TV... tss tss tss...

You could login on the Bots United IRC server when you visit, and then read the forums... if other folks in IRC notice you're around, they can send you a private IRC message by double-clicking on your name, and this message would pop up on your screen...

Man, am I happy about the fact, that I am already complete with me studies and that I have my diploma since 3 years :D but I enliven EVERYONE OF YOU, who studies at this time, to finish the studie, even if it is very difficult sometimes. ;)

IRC... OK I know IRC, but I have to install mIRC to chat in these channels, right? There doesn't exist a possibility without mIRC in this forum.

• What's the server name?
• What's the port?
• What's the channel name?
• Where do I get the newest free mIRC version? Or does anybody know something better?

Hey, just had another idea - for all, who don't use IRC only on tries, what about a JAVA- or (whatever) FLASH-uplet with a IRC-client? Would be great, wouldn't it?

Dude, open your eyes. There is a menu point called chat in the bar above the forums, linking to http://forums.bots-united.com/chat.php, which is a java - irc applet leading to our irc server.

Also, you can use any irc client to connect to

server: bots-united.com
port: 6668
channel #botsunited

hmm, perhaps we can do it as a 'forum link' at top of all forums?

So it looks like a forum, but when you click on it, a new window opens with the chat aplet...

PMB, could you (on the chat page) add a little box below the applet saying:

If you want to connect to this server by means other than this applet you can use the possibilities:

Or from any other IRC Client:

Server: irc.bots-united.com
Port: 6668
