Fix for PodBot for Windows Server running AMX

I've followed links and have just gotten confused, everything I've found seems to be linux fixes but I need a fix for windows, I lose admin powers, my csstats doesn't work, and my console pops up TONS of amx errors......help anyone?

it's not podbot needs to be fixed. AMX need it. It's known issue - all people at from AMX dev team know this. Ask at AMX forum, please. :-/
