Help Me with Podbot please

Can someone please tell me how I can get podbot to work, I do everything I m suppose to..I think and it doesnt work. Can someone please post back and tell me step by step what I should do please. :'(

Run the installer and point your X:\Sierra\Half-Life\ dir where X is your partition of the HDD. After that just play.

but its for steam online for other players, cs 1.6

Then point your CS 1.6 dir. Here exsample for steam :
X:\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\your mail\Half-Life\.
