Help!!!!!!

can anyone help me cause my friend said to load the bot you need to type a command for it and i think i don't know how to do it haha please help me!! please i really wanna get going with my aimming :D cause i wanna start training so yah :D thx

start CS
press the ~ key (to the left of the 1 key)
type "addbot" for a certain times depending on how many bot you want to add
press the ~ key again
