RB help required.

I am using CS 1.6 (non-steam) listenserver with Metamod.
I want to know what is the difference b/w RealBot AI and RealBot WIP version. Also I wanna know what is the difference b/w RealBot Metamod version and non-Metamod version if I talk about accuracy and performance. Secondly what is the latest version available for me I mean Metamod version and where can I get it (full package) .

Ok I just installed RB WIP 9 and its working normaly. Now I wanna know how can I maximum harden these bots. One thing I noticed that RB cant climb on ladders. Is this a navigation file issue or a its natural behaviour.
