Need help on cs 1.6 & Steam
 

ok i have some problems with cs 1.6 and steam.
the problem in steam is everytime i connect to a server i get timeout error:( but when i try the 2nd time it connects meo_O and after that it goes well with no timeout errors.
and with cs 1.6, the sprays doesnt appear like they use to show.:(
even my own spray dosent show up. my decals value is set on 300 so i dont find anything wrong or maybe is there any commands or websites to fix this?
