A few bugs, as you know, in WIP10

As you probaly know, WIP10 has a few bugs and I'll list them here. There seems to be a round_change loop in RB WIP10 that causes the server to freeze, this doesnt happen every round but Ive had it happen 3 time sin a row within 5 minues on map cs_italy, de_rats, and de_dust2. Also theres another bug that might be the same problem but isnt a loop. What happens is instead of freezing, the server crashes (and restarts with mEAn Loader) and yet the people get an error message of Connection Problems in either case.

Wow I thought it was my server the whole time....

Like he said it doesn't happen ever round, but I've had it freeze and pings go up to 1000, then I just sit there, and the round starts again.

Any way to fix this?
