MetaMod Plugin's installation help needed :s

Ok I've downloaded the bleeding plugin for metamod and i got like 10 files in the zip file... I don't know what to do with all these files, could anyone help me :(
I have the IvPbot and AMXX installed and working also.

amxx v 1.10 dll : ..\cstrike\addons\amxmodx\dlls
modules : ..\cstrike\addons\amxmodx\modules
plugins : ..\cstrike\addons\amxmodx\plugins
.smas: ..\cstrike\addons\amxmodx\scripting
sprites : ..\cstrike\sprites
modles: ..\cstrike\models
sounds: ..\cstrike\sounds

be sure to add the line in the metamod plugins.ini ie (mine):
