Converting from Half-life maps to half-life 2

Nice tool indeed. Its a shame that Valve either havent made a such tool or dont want to release it. It must have a boring job to convert all the HLS maps.

I've noticed a problem in some maps. When you have transparent detail brushes, they get backface culled. So, if you have a bush, it will look funny.

When a triangle is not facing the camera, it is not drawn. It is culled (removed).

the direction of a face is defined by the order of its defining vertices, i.e. if it looks clockwise or counterclockwise to you

I was disappointed with the crossfire port, because the nuke didn't work. Replacing the computer equipment with combine versions was a nice touch.
Also, the guns weren't there. :( |
