Heyyo,

Just have metamod installed the way described by metamod. Then, install E[POD]bot, and the bot will auto-load metamod.

WARNING: Don't have metamod load YAPB, PODbot mm, or any other podbot mods, cause they tend to become 1 bot... you've been warned, so careful...

When having EBP installed, it overwrites the liblist.gam file, which originally
has the line to execute metamod, but EBP's overwritting is:

As you can see, EBP's liblist.gam does not allow Metamod to start.
When I enter my AMXX server with that new configuration, the AMXX plugins still work, but if you go to amxmodmenu and select any of the subroot menu, such as kick or ban, the menu will just disappear, showing
no kicking or banning GUI.

FYI, I added +localinfo mm_gamedll epodbot/epb.dll to my DEDICATED SERVER Launch Option and it crashes while loading. Currently, the only way
to use Metamod with EPB is by adding the latter prompt to "hl.exe."

So have EPB load only, it'll load metamod, and any of the metamod plugins, just don't get metamod to load yapb or podbot mm or weird things happen...

Sorry, my quote above was misstated.
What I meant was that the amxmodmenu is bugged (you choose 1 for Kick
Player and nothing happens) when using EPB's new liblist.gam, which contains
only EPB and Metamod is omitted. I figured now that after you say EPB auto-
loads Metamod is the reason why AMXX is working after all, but unfortunately
with those valuable functions disabled.

It seems the only way to fix the bug (if AMXX doesn't do it) is converting
EPB to Metamod likewise PB2.6mm, which worked perfectly.

Heyyo,

What version of AMXX are you running? make sure it's the latest cause previous versions of AMXX diddn't support bots so they tend to conflict. Also, I don't think AMXX is built to support non-metamod bots, so that's probably why it doesn't like E[POD]bot too much... but that's weird, I have AMX and it works pretty flawlessly with EPB, maybe try that. AMX v0.9.9 is the one I run and it's smooth. I'll try AMXX tmorrow cause it's getting late here n' I need sleep. :P

Drant maybe you don't understand what MarD try to tell you ?
First you must install Metamod and all plugins like AMX MOD X.
After that install E[POD]bot.
Liblist.gam is changed to allow loading of E[POD]bot.
You don't need metmod to be listed in liblist.gam.
E[POD]bot load metamod and after that metamod load all plugins that you are tape in the file plugins.ini.
For me AMX MOD 0.9.9 work perfect on CS 1.5 and AMX MOD X 1.0 work perfect too in CS 1.6 with E[POD[bot installed.
And one more think - You cannot kick bots with amx console commands because all bots connect to the server with IP 127.0.0.1. This is the local IP and if you try to kick some bots then you try to kick yourself.
So that is the reason that you cannot kick bots with AMX.
If you wont to kick bot just use E[POD]bot menu.

Any subroot menu below amxmodmenu such as kick, ban, teleport, team, etc. are disabled (nothing happen when you click it). Other side effects of EPB not being inherent with Metamod include:
- Host name in AMXX message is changed to "Welcome to Half-Life"
- No computer voice sound e.g. "thetime"
- Other plugins that involve the GUI becomes defective

Tell me if you also experience any of those bugs when using AMXX 1.0 mod.
Perhaps you could send me your configs if it really is "perfect."

Oh, since you are here, Storm--incumbent for EPB, would you tell me why EPBots spins and jump so often (compared to PB2.6mm). Are there any way to make the bots utilize grenades more often? I suggest you add a feature that allows changing of personality of auto-generated bots (Not spawned using addbot), e.g. I can have all the bots auto-generated in Aggressive mode.
