i was wondering, are there any bots that work with the cs 1.3 version for steam??

Heyyo,

Well, since it either uses the CS v1.3 or V1.6 HL architexture, I'm sure any bot that's CS 1.6 compatible will work. So check any bot you want from this site that's for CS, they're all CS 1.6 compatible. :)
