hpb_bot, and chatting...
 

My HPB Bot is running great, he just won't talk.

He was talking earlier today, and then I added a few things to his chat text and now he won't talk anymore. I've restarted the server and he wont talk either.

Any hints? I've checked the formatting of the HPB_bot_chat.txt and it's perfect, I even restored the normal one.

The only other thing I did was install LogMod.

This game server is running Linux and HPB Bot 4.0 plugin for metamod.

WHen I restore the HPB_bot_chat.txt that comes with the server it has different formatting than the one I have before i edit it..

that must be because of the carriage return format. It's different between Windows and Linux. Linux uses LF (0x0A) whereas Windows uses CRLF (0x0D0A). You should convert your files to the right format for the operating system on which you want to install the bot.
