a little confusion

well, i have been in the forums, and today(still hearing all star-smash mouth)
i saw the administrators hideout, i don't know if i am getting crazy or is the first time i see it, is normal? or is some error?

Arrrrrrrrrgh.... this new server is getting on my nuts. >:( NOTHING has improved, half of the stuff is out of work, bot coders are getting frustrated, and not even this stupid bug can be fixed apparently... *sigh* :(
