HELP: Podbot installation

Hey there,

Before telling me there are already 1 kazillion posts about this, I read every single one of em and still cant get podbot to work. Simply when I open the console in game and type "addbot" (without the quotes) it says unknown command.

I have adminbot installed which i believe comes with metamod...

I appreciate every single advice.

Thanks

Re: HELP: Podbot installation

I am using Steam (CS 1.6) also the podbot version that supports that... I did everthing riggth ( at least thats what i think) admin bot works fine when i open up the console and type "meta list" i get 1 plugin running good ( sorry cant tell exactly which one using gf's comp atm)... Its just that when i type addbot it says unknown command...

To give a brief idea...

-Dowloaded latest metamod dll
-Created "addons" under C:\Program Files\...\your@email\counterstrike\cstrike...
-Created metamod folder under addons
-Created DLL folder under metamod folder
-put plugins.ini in metamod folder with only the line starts with win32 on it...

and so on did pretty much everything that needs to be done still cant seem to get it work :(

Re: HELP: Podbot installation

But if You can check again and tell us exactly what You see after typing meta list, it would be nice...
If there is podbot2.6mm loaded in that meta list You can see, then try in console type:

pb addbot

and tell us if still unknown command (don't forget about this prefix "pb" without quotes before addbot command).

Re: HELP: Podbot installation

sorry about the edit but it seems to work fine now... weird... I change the gamedll line in liblist.gam to addons/metamod/dlls/metamod.dll and now it works,.,..
