Botaim DOES not compatible with HPB_bot , HPB_template
 

I test it together with the HPB_bot 4.0 Meta , the bot are having problem with the plugin , just to inform you guys

Possible... I haven't tried it with many bots, only the 3 or 4 I had :(
did you try tinkering around with the bot_aim_fix CVAR ?

it seems like a angle conflict , when the bot set their angles to the waypoint , the plugin make the bot turn away , and the bot stop moving too and stand there forever , btw , i already try set the bot_aim_fix to 0 but it still dont work

That's bad news for the HPB_bot. If a coder wants to try figuring out what happens with these angles and why the plugin doesn't work with it, he's free to do so as the source code is available. For myself I'm afraid I have too little time here right now to devote 1 afternoon in investigating that :(

I'll take note to investigate it anyway if ever I plan to release an update someday.
