CS 1.6 Bots for AWP Training

Can anyone recommend me a stable bot for AWP training? I'm mostly going to use them to teach my g/f how to play CS. I need a stable bot that won't crash my server if there is one available with the option to turn off attack so she can practice aiming. I've used RealBot in the past with CS 1.5 and it had such an option.
