I think this is a great idea.. since many people here aren't good at english.. (like me..)
I think vB has a bunch of translated language packs...
but for now maybe this can help..

I dont think we should get into the whole "translating stuff" business. In my eyes it splits the community into parts. Everyone speaking one language, even when its badly is better that everyone speaking their own language in little chunks. And english is, to come to a conclusion, the internet / international language.

Nova, let's not get single-minded... I'll see if I can import some more language packs into the site (for the menus, etc), and I'll add a link at the bottom that says "Translate this page!" with options for languages.

It's a start at multi-linguality, but it won't divide the community.

I aint single minded. But maintanance is another factor. Tranlate links are ok, but no forum language packs please, at least not without council approval.

Nova's point (and mine aswell) is, we must not provide our members with tools that could lead them to think that they may post in other languages than english, or lead them to forget it.
