Invalid directory for INI maps

I just downloaded Realbot 1.0. I installed in Steam\SteamApps\my@email.com\counter-strike\. I went into steam and counter-strike and I came up with the "no waypoints for this map problem". So I tried to activate with the activate16.bat. The first step, "Copying Counter-Strike 1.6 INI maps", returns "Invalid directory". All the other steps worked fine. I deactivated and tried to reactivate, but I get the same thing. How can I fix this? thanks

My folder for the .ini is ...\counter-strike\RealBot\data\cstrike\ini

I have that folder too. I don't know why it won't work.
