Which Bot is the Hardest
 

I have been using POD-Bot 2.6mm and the original podbot for years. I think they have become to easy now so I would like to know which bot you guys think is the hardest for CS 1.6.

Shrikebot isn't for CS.
and unmodified RACC Template doesn't run at all (since it's still not completed)

and E[POD]Bot doesn't work for cs1.6...

...and I have dumped CS 1.6 and Steam and gone back to 1.5. :D Looks like your poll is off to a bad start...
Why don't you try making PB 2.6mm and, let's say, RealBot run parallel on your server - this way, you could play against both of them at the same time and compare them.

I think the hardest bot to play against is a mixture of all bots using metamod or botmixer. every bot has its weaknesses, and you know them, even if you dont wanna kill them that way. but if you don't know what bot is running there, it's pretty challenging :)
