depends on how you set the bot skill

if you think your bots are to easy, you should:

realbot skill 0

, even better would be to edit your bot personalities in this section:

you can edit a lot here, set these all to 0 and you get a godlike bot.

these offsets are 'extra inaccuracy' values. So if you set them to 0, the bot will have nearly as perfect aiming (it is tweaked by the dll though to keep it realistic). the higher values you give them there, the less perfect they aim.
