CVS -- What's going on??
 

CVS has been down for a few days now, and I'm wondering if it'll be coming back up.

Any comments?

yes, somehow it is still not working. I know Onno is working on it (and Nova). But i guess all we can do is wait. I can't be much of a help either.

In the meantime i try to fix this chat bug in CS 1.6 (or better said, in CS 1.6 the message is called differently). So when it does come up, you can expect a major source update ;)

I fixed the certificate error (had to generate a new certificate old was had run out) ... but i can seem to fix the setgid() error.

Anyone here thats familiar with CVS setups and user permissions ... i cant figure out whats going wrong and i dont want to bother onne, hes busy enough already ...

I am trying to commit now and see if i get any errors. Currently its just doing nothing it seems.

I can look at 'server one' and check my user permissions but since i did not change a bit there i can't think of any 'fix'. I am not that experienced with CVS.

Depends, what's the CVS program? I can probably learn it quickly if it's based on a language I know. :)
