Modified files for Linux

As attachments, some modifications made for Linux compilation & run. This was mainly getting a trivial inline implementation of strupr() which does not exist in ANSI C++.

Please be sure to modify the Makefile to use c++ instead of cpp for CPP.

thanks. I have used WinDiff to figure out how much has changed, but it seemed only our changes where new so i could just overwrite the files. Cool!

I will commit changes now.

Edit:

the source is updated with the above 2 given source files. Thanks for the contribution! Hopefully more will follow! Another fix is given in dll.cpp, see the thread 'hey stefan'... thanks to Whistler for that one.
