Anyone have an updated waypoint file for this map? Its an awesome map but it freezes and I think it might be the waypoint file but I could be wrong. Im using podbot 2.6.

Hi shaggy!

No, I didn't have one for PB 2.6mm ready. However, I just read your post, went over to the other PC and fixed up my shitty old PB 2.5 WP for this map. It's a quick 10-minutes-fix, and all I did was to make some minor tweaks, change the ladders so that the ladder bug won't show (hopefully) and, of course, fix all camp WPs. I will make a whole new WP for this map in the near future, but right now I'm busy with other stuff (got 4 maps wp'ed today), so if you can bear with me for some time... meanwhile, this sucker here should do the trick.
I'm almost ashamed to release it, though, because when I looked at it I realized just how much better I have become - to think this was the best I could come up with a year and a half ago... :o tsk, tsk.
I hope it works - and I hope, ephyra2 runs smoothly with PB 2.6. Would be a pity to have to give up this nice map.
Keep me informed... ;)

Hey T_Wreaks..
I've seen you upload so many wps this way...
when are you going to stuff all your good work in one good pack and give it to the world? :D

That did the trick thanks.

Re: ephyra2

@shaggy56: Glad it worked ok - I didn't test at all, to be honest. :D Well, some day not too far in the future there'll be a better WP set for this map. So it doesn't crash now? Great news! I like ephyra2, too! It's nice for smaller teams playing against each other... like 5v5 or something...

@sPlOrYgOn:
1) I'm working, man, I'm working... Soon I'm gonna release a pack of waypoints for new maps (2003-now), which will contain 30-40 WPs. I got 23 ready & tested, but I'll only release the complete pack.
6 more are in the CSCentral Pack I released some days ago, and 20 in the pack I released with SF. A sequel to this pack is in the works, too... Don't be afraid, they WILL be released. And I'm building them to kick players' asses! 8D This takes time, but I feel it's worth it...
2) There are more maps in the queue, but in order for them to work perfectly with bots, a perfect button code would be necessary. (Hint! Hint! :D ) And some hostage & spawn point-related fixes, too (that's something for Austin).
3) uh.. always wanted to say that... my nick's T Wrecks, not T Wreaks... c, not a. You know, like "rex", not like "reeks" (I wouldn't want such a stinky nick...), ok? TY! ;)

lol yeah button code and ladder's give the most probs...

i've actually resaulted to do coding style wp's on maps

for loop:

go left ...goto button ...goto door..(if open the u can go) if not goback to orignal wp...

lol it's so funny....but atleast it works occasionally more :)

Re: ephyra2

Whoops... now there's a real double post... o_O

And I think we'll have enough opportunity to moan about the button code in the bug report forum...

Back to topic: Today I've spontaneously whipped up an entirely new WP for cs_ephyra2, and file size went up from nearly 39 kB to a whopping (for such a small map) 75+ kB... navigation is much smoother now, but I still have to sort out some minor thingies... it rocks already, but it's not perfect. ;)
