Control joebot, client side

I run a CS 1.5 Server with metamod 1.17 and the latest joebot. Is there a way to control the bots on the server but on a client like some sort of rcon command? Or even better, able to use the botmenu?

look into the hl/joebot folder, there is a little rcon tool file ...

and rcon commands work in general. take a look at the readme, just put joebot in front of every command
