Nonexistent bot on player join
 

this matter was discussed before on serveral threads but appears noone wrote a thread for it

symptoms
when player joins, bot is kicked
hlds status show there is no such user
hlsw whows there is one person as <bot?>
scoreboard reports bots with name but makrs him as DEAD

but the bot is not in game, there is no way of kicking it with any plugin or rcon (they are reporting no such user)

but after map change all is back to normal (but there appears there is one bot not enough so when joining an returning will result in bot number decrease with the time)

this bug affects the hlds in general (when bot fingt when one is around)

there is way around with using any bot managing plugin of course, but i thing leaving this as it is not good thing. but as i said its not first priority, big bug.

on listen server i guess its not a cause :D cause there is at leas one user online


i will have to examine how th bot will behave without any plugins (and also test slot reserving addons)

I agree... o_O a short off-topic remark in whatever language it may be two posters are sharing (Polish, in your case) is the last thing I'd protest against. But entire posts in non-forum languages... better reserve that for PM's, ok? ;)

Sorry - we had to explain something between us-self (me and KaszpiR). I said him - he is too lazy too search and read the forum - I was described that problem in the past in this very hot thread (do You remember it?...). He said me - he forgot this because that thread was rather a flame than a thread about bot problem.:D
