Slay All Ts

Usage
------
Type amx_rbmenu in console or Say /rbm

Note
----
Practice Mode(no shooting) and CS Version cannot be changed on dedicated server.

No, I haven't. Maybe later...
This plugin still need improvement. There are some other commands(from WIP) need to be added. I'm just waiting for a public release of RB.
