If neone is interested the bot does work with the csdm plugin from www.amxmodx.com. Fun shyt!

The only problem is that they don't know how to choose the weapons when the 'csdm_add_items' cvar is '0'. This is where a menu popups asking what weapon you want. Is there a way that you could edit the way podbot buys/gets the weapons.

Alright I finally figured out how to get CS deathmatch to work on 1.5. If you were to put the cvar "csdm_add_items 1" in the amxx config you need to go to the CSDM folder in the AMXX folder and find the 'blocked.cfg' and add 'famas' and 'galil' and then bingo. And the bots play it perfectly! You guys really need to check out the plugin. Though you do need amxx not amx. I think the site is at www.amxmodx.org but i think it's down for some reason as is the CSDM homepage.
