a plea for modle helper

anyone know how to model

me and a buddy of myne are trying to make a map for svencoop and we are using NS models for the guns. but the NS models are all outof wack. anyone interested in helping rectify that?

its just that they need reload animations and the player models dont hold the gun correctly either.
