Can't join with d3d on

I'm a 56ker and for some reason I can only connect to servers when my video mode is in software, but when I connect with Direct 3d on I simply can't connect. After I see the VAC statement, saying about if you cheat you'll be banned from VAC games for a year. Oh And this is this 1.5.

nothing...
he meant that he saw VAC's message to cheaters then he gets disconnected or something...
Why use Direct3D??
I like OpenGL a lot better...
I have no idea whats wrong..
the mode you choose shouldn't have anything to do with connecting to a server...
How many different servers did you try?
