I second that.
I'd go with the most widely used.
Do the metamod DLLs over at UA and AMXmodX have the steam/nosteam support patch ? Do they have the necessary hooks for single player support as well ?

metamodx has steam/nosteam support
ua modified version... not sure but it should (guessing now)

but i doubt they got support for single player....

try to get src code if exist and investigating :P
