Grogbot, PVK mod
 

I haven't seen this bot this I was bored and searching around in Fileplanet. It's a bot for Pirates, Vikings and Knights, a very under-appreciated mod, the bot is fairly new. The link is at http://www.grogbot.cjb.net I just would like to listed in these forums also, doesn't seem that to many people know about this bot (look at the site forums)

I bet all that you want that this bot is based off the POD-bot 2.6 source code :)
it's nice to see that someone made a non-CS bot out of it though

i would like to see a bot that works on Ricochet........i made 5 cool maps and cant re4ally play them.......and on steam......theres 10 servers and none of them are the guys i sent my maps to back then

The Ricochet mod was impressive...it was fast and fun...but when it came out, counterstrike was just too popular, and it was simply dismissed. :-(

I like ricochet too. I once had made simple bot support on RealBot for it. But i lost that source.

Nope. It's 100% based on the good ol' HPB Bot Source. (I'm the author of GrogBot btw ;)) I possibly got some ideas from PodBot when I have been playing CS with them, but there's no code from the PodBot source.

Edit: I think that you think it's based on PodBot source because of the "waypoint addflag" command. It's simply HPB Bot's "waypoint menu". I changed it because I think "waypoint addflag" fits it better. Doesn't it? :)

check the "other stuff" section in filebase... the source code is included btw, it's quite crappy but it just works and playable :)
