Bots United Presidentials
 

A reminder first: I had agreed to be the president of this tiny association of code weirdos, UNTIL the Bots United site would be opened. Well, now it is. Open, that is. So let's start the militants marchs, military music, giant posters and little flags on the car, the Bots United Presidential Campaign has begun ! (trumpets and brass: pon ponpon pon boom boom pon pon)

Who wants to propose himself ?

Go on, it's not difficult to be the president. All is needed is to hit the fist on the table from time to time in order to get things rolling, that's all. Strictly. ;)

I suggest to close the propositions the 15. We'll then have to vote for choosing the new president. If the date doesn't suit someone, please say so and we'll push it to some time later (or sooner, depending).

Proposals are open !


P.S. Do not question whether I'll propose myself or not, I don't want to influence people that's why you'll know my position only at the last minute ;)

I would propose, i am quite often here and will remain here as much as i can, i do have times i will be away for some time, but when such a moment comes i will mention that. Btw, most off the time i am here even when i should not ;)

If we did this the EU way, i would have VETO NOW , MUHAHAHAHA :D erm, right.

About the 15th, i'd rather postpone this to the 18th.
(16th i have driver exams, 17th my birthday... , and before that 2 weeks full of @*(#&$(@*#&$()@*#& tests)

I'm gonna bump that and move it to the Agora now that the Agora exists :D

Let's discuss here about who proposes and why or why not (and eventually arguments to make the guy change his mind ;)). Not who votes for whom, the votes will need to happen in the Council's special forum. A reminder for all the Bots United citizens : only Council members can propose for being the BU president for 3 months, but any BU moderator can be proposed for the council would there ever be a need to, as specified in the governing rules.

I have been very involved in the making of Bots United the past months, and I don't want to propose again if there's already someone interested in running the shop, at least for a few months. Stefan looks interested, so if he feels having the will to hit the fist on the table everytime it's needed, I believe Stefan would do a nice President. So if Stefan takes it seriousy, I don't propose again - for this mandate at least :)
